We are talking about the Sabia Rosso.

Those who know us and have followed us for a long time know it well, our "Le Tende" winery has chosen organic farming since 2012, immediately obtaining Icea certification, which excludes the use of chemical substances for the protection of plants. plant synthesis and herbicides.
To date, the average production is 100,000 bottles, the result of the profound knowledge of the Corvina and Rondinella grapes for Bardolino and Garganega, Trebbiano, Trebbianello and Cortese for Custoza, as well as the experience in their winemaking.

Borgo Romantico Wine Relais and Le Tende have always embraced philosophy and action aimed at environmental sustainability and are happy to present a new flagship of the organic wine collection: Sabia Rosso.
With an intense ruby red appearance, a fruity aroma with notes of oranges, cherries, anise and dried flowers, Sabia Rosso is always soft and balanced.
Obtained from Merlot and Corvina vines, Sabia Rosso accompanies important dishes such as: pasta Bolognese, red meats, roasts, grilled meats, fried vegetables, cured meats and mature cheeses.

It is possible to taste Sabia Rosso and all the other wines from our cellar both at Borgo Romantico Wine Relais and in Cantina Le Tende.
The tasting experience takes place as follows: welcome at the entrance, explanation of the geographical position and the DOC and DOCG to which it belongs, walk in the vineyards of the estate, visit to the cellar and explanation of the winemaking methods followed by tasting of the organic wines.
